It shall pass

They tell us this too shall pass… And it will. But the reality for our health, the loss of work, the crime, the politics and the economy… all simultaneously- are jeopardizing our inner values, resulting in anxiety and fear. The balance is off. We can’t escape. We must face it. Our decadence. Our greed. Our ungratefulness. We turn inward now…think of who we are, what is important to us, we pray for better days ahead… We empathize with those in grief, we ask God to forgive our faults, to protect those we love, we live one day at a time and pray for miracles. Not until we are individually faced with disease, death, poverty, hopelessness do we turn to God. Let’s try to find our new balance; rejoice in the now, in the sunrise, in the new day, with Faith, a smile and courage… Let Him be our guide and allow His will to take over and guide us. Whatever His will may be…
