HOW IT BEGAN
It was long ago when we realized that science has made giant steps toward a healthier life, but sadly, people’s health is deteriorating instead of improving. We were puzzled, and we tried to understand why that is happening. The main reason? Today, most people seem to be lost in worries, problems, and everyday tasks. Life values are hard to find, and everyone is inactive and “tranquilized” by an overwhelming and quite insidious world. Even those who want to lead a healthier life, find it difficult to put everything in order, establish and maintain a schedule full of a good diet, exercise, and healthy habits. We all come across countless articles related to Health, probably read some of them, and then just forget them, or in the best case, we try to make use of some information we receive. There is too much information out there, and too many sources, some good and some not good, some attractive and some unattractive. This Project respects our health, explains everything in very simple words, and gives all in big or bite-sized articles the necessary information for a beautiful & healthy life.
